About Spring Creek Equine

S.C.E is the home of eventers Samantha Cesnik and Chris Height, located in Coldstream in the Yarra Valley both riders work from Spring Creek Farm, training and teaching horses and riders of all abilities.

Our Mission

To establish a high quality training center, dedicated to producing horses and riders, of all levels across the three Olympic, equestrian disciplines

 Chris

Chris is a 4* eventing rider who’s foundation training was honed under the watchful eye of the McLean’s at the Australian Equine Behaviour Centre. As such Chris specialises in both production of Eventing horses and breaking and retraining of young or problem horses. He is also an avid show jump rider with 4yo class at JWTS 2014. He has also competed up to 1.40m on his small but mighty eventer Blackall Park D'Artagnan.

Sam 

Samantha is a 2* eventer, who, in breaking with eventing tradition, also competes in pure dressage with her self produced Medium Dressage mare Fendi F. Sam is a registered NCAS coach, has trained in Europe in dressage and is also a successful eventing groom having worked at international level both in Australia and Europe, her portfolio includes WEG 2006, Burghley and Adelaide International horse trials.

She balances her 3 competition horses with teaching equine and business studies at Box Hill TAFE, as well as coaching riders and schooling horses from Spring Creek Farm
